Société is pleased to announce Sunset Strip, a group exhibition presented in collaboration with Gathering at their Ibiza space, featuring works by Trisha Baga, Tina Braegger, Petra Cortright, Tamara K.E., Soojin Kang, Ndayé Kouagou, Conny Maier, Jeanette Mundt, Wynnie Mynerva, Kaspar Müller, Christelle Oyiri, Ana Prata, Bunny Rogers, Wilhelm Sasnal, Tai Shani, and Marianna Simnett.

Much like Sebastian Riemer’s HOCKNEY 1967 A Bigger Splash, which reimagines the sun-drenched nostalgia of David Hockney’s iconic imagery, Sunset Strip draws on motifs of Ibiza and island life—pool tiles, tropical flora, bold hues, tourism, and solitude—to reframe the island’s magnetic allure, inviting viewers to consider the island as a foamy, salt-sprayed liminal home for contemporary art.

The exhibition will take place at Gathering, Carrer Vicent Serra 4, Sant Miquel de Balansat, Ibiza.
