Typeface: This book is typeset in Erbar, designed by the Cologne-based designer Jakob Erbar in 1922. Although the Erbar can be regarded as a visionary model for typefaces such as Paul Renner‘s Futura, it has largely fallen into oblivion today. In 2017, Petra Hollenbach faithfully re-digitized the typeface based on Erbar‘s last version before his death in 1933.
